Someone doubled up saying adamantine protects the same as seryll, it does not
* Glimmersteel weapons have a 10% faster swing timer.
* Glimmersteel armor has higher damage reduction than armor made from normal materials, as well as that made from adamantine.
* Adamantine is obtained through the same means as glimmersteel. The damage reduction is the same as seryll.
