,minor grammar fixes and a new note
A large axe with a wooden shaft. Axes are used for [[woodcutting|cutting]] down trees, as a component of an [[axe trap]], or for [[fighting]].
Axes deal cutting damage when used in battle. Axes Parry parry at 30% of the rate Longswords tolongswords do. Axes are the fastest weapon in its their class and do the least damage before [[:Category:armour|armour]] modifiers.
