The building management screen will be available for any buildings:

The window displayed will provide a list of buildings that you may manage. Here you may also demolish the building if you have the '''Modify Building''' permission.

Picking a building and clicking the '''Manage All Doors''' button will allow you to individually manage each door in a building. Door permissions are managed by the building's permissions by default. To manage individual door permissions, remove the check for '''Controlled By Building''' and '''Apply Changes'''. Doors can be named by typing a name into the box next to '''Name'''.
