Edited Special properties to include seryll no shatter chance, and note about nolocasts shattering being a possible bug.
* Weapons made of seryll do not have a faster swing timer or do more [[damage]].
* Seryll [[chain barding]] currently does not show "red" in color when placed on a horse.
* Seryll items do not have a chance to shatter when [[enchanting]].**Can shatter currently with [[Nolocate]] casts. The belief this is a bug and will be fixed.
