added note that fsbs can be picked up/bashed if they are empty and have 70+dmg or 10ql and below.
* Can only be destroyed by the creator.
* Dragging Items back and forth between bins and inventory causes item QL to lessen slightly each time, pay attention when organizing.
* Food storage bins can be bashed off deed and picked up, if they are empty, if they are 70+ dmg and or 10 quality and below
