The houses can only be built touch touching a cave wall if/and when '''ALL''' 4 border of all the tile that is being built on tiles are '''NOT''' on a deed borderand they do not have an adjacent perimeter tile. You must leave a 1 tile gap between your house and If any of the adjacent tiles are perimeter of your deed in order for tiles the house to perimeter tile must be touching a cave wallmined out. Alternatively, houses in caves cannot be built touching a cave wall if they are off deed.
