A contract prepared for a public trader to settle down in an area and conduct business.
A trader contract allows you to place an NPC trader. The contract can be purchased from any other trader for 50s (25% of this will remain with the trader the contract is bought from). It is a non-craftable and no-drop item and stays with you when you travel to other servers. The contract is destroyed once the trader is placed.
Once placed, trader will sell certain public goods, and also buy some items from players and then offer them for sale.
Traders cannot be placed on the Xanadu server, even if the contract was purchased on a different server.
