Armour for your body, so you won't get injured as severely when being hit in combat or otherwise. Leather armour provides a base damage reduction of 60%, and has a 10.9% penalty to walking speed, faster than most other armour.
Leather armour has a slight evasion penalty.
Failure during its creation causes the leather to lose some quality. Higher needle quality increases the success chance for creating.
