Description

Heal is a spell gained at 40 faith by priests of Fo or Smeagain that grants the ability to heal oneself, a creature, or another player for a large amount of health. It costs 40 favor, has a difficulty of 30, and takes 29 seconds to cast.

It heals between 40 to 200 total damage per cast, depending on the power of the cast, spread between multiple wounds if necessary.

It has a range of 3 tiles.

Method

  1. Activate your deity's statuette
  2. Right-click one's body, a creature, or another player
  3. Select Spells > Heal

Healing resistance

Healing spells and enchantments grant the healed player a healing resistance effect. This effect is applied based on how much health is healed, and will reduce all further healing on the target from any healing spells or enchantments. This includes healing spells as well as weapon enchantments that heal the player, such as Life transfer.

The maximum duration of healing resistance is approximately 20 minutes, and the reduction scales linearly from that mark. For example, if you have 10 minutes of healing resistance remaining, you will receive heals at 50% normal effectiveness.

Notes

  • Healing a Libila follower with a Fo healing spell will give the caster a severe faith penalty.
  • Deals damage to zombie creatures.
