Black, greasy, sticky tar.
Tar is created from charcoal piles, can be dug from tar pits or butchered from Spawn of Uttacha.
Tar tiles can be raised by dropping dirt or sand but they cannot be changed to a different tile type. They can be lowered with the level command if all corners are higher or level to an adjacent flat tile and your digging skill is at least 70.
