A player becomes an outlaw when their reputation goes below 0. An outlaw can be attacked by anyone, even of the same kingdom, and the attacker will not lose reputation or skill. Reputation will slowly rise by 1 point every hour online. When reputation reaches 0, the outlaw status is lost.
