Main / Game mechanics / Rename
Description
Renaming an item allows you to add a short tag that is visible when you hover your mouse over an item in the world or next to the item's name in a container or your inventory.
Usage
Right-click on an item in your inventory or an item that you have dropped or placed in the world and select rename. An input box will be shown allowing you to enter a short description.
Notes
- You may only rename items you are in possession of, or items you were last in possession of.
- Renaming an item in the world may not show immediately but should update upon logging back in or upon manually moving the item via push, pull, etc.
