Description
The Declaration of Independence is a special document, like a settlement deed or trader contract, that allows for the founding of a new player made kingdom.
Notes
- A Declaration of Independence must be purchased from a Silver store while on a PvP server. The cost is 1 gold.
- To use the Declaration of Independence and start a new PMK, one must have it in inventory, they must be standing within a settlement of which they are the mayor, and they must also have at least 25 other players standing still and performing no actions while also standing within that settlement's perimeter.
