- Equip a plank
- Right click on a Small Nails in your Inventory and select Create/Containers/Small Barrel.
- After you create an unfinished Small Barrel, you will have to add 4 Planks to finish it.

Improvement
- Equip the Log and right click on the Small Barrel, and select improve
