Searching for natural food and herbs is one of the basic ways to sustain yourself, either through food, healing, or other means. To search for these items, right click a grass tile and select an action under the Nature menu, be it either Forage (which can produce food items) or Botanize (which can produce herbs and alchemical reagents).
