Combine with a Shaft to create a finished Pickaxe ready for mining.
Method
- Note: The Iron Lump must be Glowing from the heat of a Camp Fire or Stone Forge!!!!
- Right click on a Small Anvil
- Select Create/Miscellaneous/Pickaxe Head
