Method
- Equip Shaft in your inventory
- Right click on a Tar
- Select Create->Misc->Torch
- Equip a Moss
- Select Continue on the Unfinished Torch

Usage
Use a Steel and Flint on it to light it. It will provide light for at least 2*QL minutes.
