Description
Apart from being a symbol of your allegiance and territorial demands, this is also a good indication of where the wind is blowing.
Cloth determines success rate, shaft determines initial QL. The entire cloth piece is used even if it weighs more than necessary. The flag has a wood type.
Some decoration, it seems. It currently has no model.
