The action queue allows you to queue up several actions to be carried out after your current one finishes. For example if you select 'mine', then 'mine' again, your character will start another mining action automatically as soon as the first one is completed.

The number of actions you can queue is determined by your character's mind logic. Initially you can queue up two actions (while performing a third). At 30 mind logic, the queue increases to three. There are no known cases of players with bigger queues, so the mind logic requirement is unknown.
