* An auctioneer NPC available to larger [[settlements]] for placement would be nice -- would hold items on behalf of players like merchants, optional reserve price for members of the village owning the auctioneer. A percentage of sale price would go to the local upkeep. Items would be listed for various increments of time (one day, one week, etc.) and bidding would be done by visiting the auctioneer to place a maximum bid.
