When falling down from high places, flattening while standing on the corners of tiles, or fighting the various fauna and inhabitants of Wurm, you may get hurt. These wounds will pop up under the affected bodypart in your player's inventory window under "Body".
Medium wounds do not heal without being bandaged or treated. Bad wounds have a chance of getting worse and eventually killing you. Severe wounds will grow worse and eventually kill you if not treated properly.
