A citizen of a Settlement, usually they only have the most basics of rights on the deed, however this is configurable by the deed holder. Citizens can re-spawn at the Settlement they belong to, and can choose to relocate their Bank account to the settlement token. Citizens can also re-spawn on deeds allied to their own town if they are within 50 tiles of the allied deed token. Citizens can type /vote username to vote for a new mayor, the amount of votes needed depends on whether the village is a dictatorship or a democracy.
