== Filleting ==
Filleting cuts up meat and fish in 0.3kg portions. It never fails. The Resultant filet quality depends on your butchering skill, the quality of the fish, the quality of your butchering knife, and the skill you have in using a [[butchering knife]].
Remains smaller then 0.3 kg will be discarded. This means that a 0.8kg [[fish]] will give two 0.3kg [[item:fish filet|fish filet]].
