The number of frames per second (FPS) the client is able to generate.

The current frame rate can be displayed in the wurm client by double-clicking on the status bar, opening the console, and using the command "toggle fps" there. You can add this command to the autorun.txt file if you want it to be displayed permanently.

You can also use the statistics window which is opened by F9 ( F4 in the unstable client, "toggle stats" in the console) to have a quick look.

The maximum frame rate the client will render can be limited with a frame rate limiter - especially useful if you run into heat problems. Tips for improving the frame rate can be found on the Client Configuration page as well.
