A wound (or injury) can be caused by falls, thorns, animals, and other players. Wounds will appear under the affected body part in the player's inventory window under the expanded "body" tab. Wounds can vary in damage.
A wound beyond 15 damage (medium) will worsen over time but can be bandaged to reduce to a light.
