Lye
,* The entire quantity of lye is used when making leather regardless of weight.
* A [[pottery flask]] with 1 [[potato]] and 4 [[corn]] in it will hold additional ~0,005kg lye. Keep the lye in a [[pottery jar]] or [[waterskin]] and fill the flask from there as needed. This way precious high ql lye will last very long.
* Or An alternative is to have 2 [[pottery flask]] s one empty and one with 1 [[garlic]]. Filling the empty one first then transferring it to the 2nd one it leaves an almost zero quantity to the first. Depending on what seed has the smallest volume it could be even less. All I see is zeroes and never tried to see what is actual This method used. could be with a garlid results in ~0,0001kg 0002kg of lye or even less.
