It seems that creating mooring anchors doesn't rely solely on shipbuilding skill. I have 30 shipbuilding, and have 85% chance to create a mooring anchor. Using the same items, a townmate with 5 shipbuilding skill has 93% chance. I also have 26 BSing, while he has 68. It seems that creating mooring anchors doesn't rely solely on shipbuilding skill. I have 30 shipbuilding, and have 85% chance to create a mooring anchor. Creating anchors, yes, but the wiki page for mooring anchors says shipbuilding. --Strawberry 19:18, 5 June 2010 (UTC)
