On the [[Freedom]] Isles one One can dig to the Rock layer by [[digging]] up [[dirt]]. On these islands the [[Freedom]] Isles the average soil depth is generally considered to be between 150 and 250 'dirts' deep. Depending on location this may or may not be below the water level.

You can not raise a rock tile, but you can raise the corner by dropping [[Pile of dirt|dirt]] or [[heap of sand|sand]] on it.
