They will all fill you to a full food bar, but it takes less higher ql food to raise it to full than lower ql food. For example, I'm making these numbers up, but it might take .5kg of ql20 meal to fill my food bar while it would only take .2kg of ql70 meal or .1kg of ql90 meal. They will all fill you to a full food bar, but it takes less higher ql food to raise it to full than lower ql food.
