Titles are earned when certain skills reach 50. With the excpetion of Trollslayer. I am not sure how this title is achieved, but I believe you just have to kill one troll.

When you use a title, people of the same kingdom as you can see the title that you are using when they hover the mouse over you.

Use the command /title to see what title you are currently using.

Use the command /titles to bring up a list of available titles that you can choose from.

Carpenter
Digger
Dragonslayer
Farmer
Goldsmith
Lumberjack
Mason
Miner
Prospector
Tailor
Trollslayer
Warrior
Channeler
Exorcist
Repairman
Weaponsmith
