Defensive fighting

defencive fighting trains around 1.5times as fast as agresive fighting but doesnt give as much to total fighting level as agresive does. Because defencive fighting is the fastest type to train, it is also the best thing to train when you first start to trian fighting. the reason it is the best is because it inreases the skills, needed for fighting, the fastest. skills like: mind speed, mind logic, body control, and it even increases strenght a litle bit. later you can always train other types of fighting as an extra.
