Dueling (Right-click on opponent, select Sparring - Duel) is a fight, possibly to the death, between two opponents, to which both parties must consent to. As such, it is a PvP fight that can happen on PvE servers.
The winner may loot the loser if the fight goes that far, and one of the opponents is killed.
In the past, winning a spar or a duel would give you Outlaw status. It is not known whether this is still the case.
