Blossom is the starter town for the Pristine lands of the Freedom Isles. It is located at coordinates 17x 28y on the Community Map.
It also has a settlement token at which a bank account can be opened and accessed. There is also a Post Box where you can send and receive post. 'Blossom is one of the places where you can choose to respawn if your character dies on Pristine.
