altars domain is now only depends on QL not type
The Domain with the greatest "power" takes effect and only 1 domain can be in an area.
The "power" and size of a domain is controlled by the type of altar and the quality of the altar. Thus at the same QL Wood < Stone < Silver <= Gold. A 40.17ql wood altar gets overpowered by a stone altar at ~37ql.
