The contract can be bought from a NPC [[trader]] for 10 [[Bank of Wurm|silver coins]](25% of this purchase price will remain on the trader you bought from). It is non-craftable and [[nodrop|no-drop]].
Once placed, merchant will sell goods you stock in it and take 10% of the sales.
