In January 2014, Moxie, Mikicus, and Revnik returned to Independence and formed Mossy Hill just north of Crystal Lake, along with an adjacent deed, Whispering Woods.
In September 2014, Moxie and Mikicus disbanded their Independence deeds and moved to Xanadu, forming Sanctuary and Sanctuary Market in the southern Greymead region. In addition to developing Sanctuary, she is planning a marketplace for the region called Sanctuary Market, accessible by both land and water. She also is working on the infrastructure projects in the area. Quotable Typo: "if you need some dirty, you're welcome to come get some." Factoid #1: While most people think that Moxie took her name from Mad Moxxi in Borderlands, she has used that name in gaming communities for far longer than Mad Moxxi has been in existence. That said, she does have a soft spot for Mad Moxxi and has used Mad Moxie's Underdome Riot as a mining deed name in the past. In real life, she has done Mad Moxxi cosplay and plans on getting a Moxxi-esque heart tattoo in the future. Factoid #2: Moxie ran a Wurm/gaming blog for a while called The Wild Boar Inn. Ultimately she closed it due to a sporadic gaming schedule (she tends to play in heavy spurts) and the fact that blogging about making string and stone bricks just isn't that interesting.
