Description

The aged cobra king hisses loudly and the royal regalia is handed to you from above! You are the new Emperor of Horde of the Summoned!

Cobra King is an NPC that decides of who shall be the next emperor for Horde of the Summoned. It is immobile and non-aggro but also known to attack Avatars of White Light. Followers of the Black Light could take a test for being emperor.

The Cobra King is found on Elevation by the starter deed, and is right north of the Shroud on chaos
