Description
A large bulky sceptre, made from shiny white steel with black steel thorns attached to the head. It bears an aura of Libila. It emits a sense of power. It is enchanted with Fo's demise, and has an aggressive aura towards Fo. (99ql, 5.0 kg)
Item Use
This Item in possesion of a Blacklighter (follower of Libila) will upon activation give the option to Destroy the Altar of Three when you right click upon it. However the strength needed to do so is dependant upon followers of your faith and the faith they have in Libila.
