Description
A wooden altar, with decorations depicting famous religious events.
Making of an altar
- The quality of the small nails affects the success chance when creating.
- The small nails used to create the wooden altar is lost when you fail creating and the plank is damaged.
- You need to be a follower of a god to create and continue.
- Priests can start, but cannot complete, this kind of altar - it needs items added to it. Build this kind of altar as a follower.
- The altar will be dedicated to the god of the follower who finishes it.
- Wooden altars cannot be moved after completion.
- If you feel the presence of any god other than the one you follow, you cannot start or continue an stone or wooden altar dedicated to your god. Only stone or wooden altars dedicated to the god of their respective domain can be started or continued within that domain. Gold altar and Silver altar need to be blessed after creation and can thus be built in opposing domains.
Tip for placing
- To see where an altar will be placed when finished, drop a large anvil. Where it lands will be almost exactly where the altar will go.
- After dropping the large anvil, do not turn, move or change your mouse view or you will need to re-drop it again to check positioning.
