The Blue Dragon Hatchling is one of the 5 Hatchling in wurm. There is usually only one dragon of each type per map, unless they are hatched from [[huge egg|huge eggs]]. This dragon will drop black [[drake hide]] upon death.
When slain, every premium player in local will receive a small piece of Blue dragon hide and [[blood|Blue Dragon blood]].
Mixing [[blood|Blue Dragon blood]] with [[source salt]] will create a [[Fletching potion]].

*Despite it's wings, the Blue dragon hatchling is unable to fly.
*The Blue dragon hatchling can swim.
*Cannot be tamed.
*The Blue dragon hatchling, like any other unique, will break any wall or fence in it's path.
*Slaying the Blue dragon will give the title "Dragonslayer".
