Sovngarde is the place to go for the best mead of all lands of the Freedom Isles. It is located at coordinates X10 Y8 on the Community Map.
It also has a settlement token at which a bank account can be opened and accessed.
Blossom has a merchant, from whom you can buy a few enchanted tools.
