Description
A marker used in the middle of a highway, or it could be, if it had eyes.
Notes
- Used to make a catseye for highways.
- Can be stored in a bulk storage bin.
- Quality is capped by the lesser of the quality of stone shards and your paving skill divided by 5.
- Even Fo priests can create blind catseyes (and doing so increase their paving skill).
