I checked sails first at Cloth Tailoring 14.76 with a ql 21.76 needle, and saw small square sail 10% and small triangular sail 6%. At lvl 15.76 the values changed to 11% and 7% , at lvl 17.22 to 12% and 8%, and remained unchanged til lvl 20 in Cloth Tailoring. The values were not different with a ql 30.26 needle, a freshly created ql 4.00 needle displayed both sails as Unavailable.
