:* Beds give bonuses to skill gain and also your rate of stamina regeneration if you sleep in them for more than one hour.

:* Sleeping logs you off. You may also rent them out to other players if you own the house (note that only one bed can be placed per tile of a building). You have to pay in cash to hire a bed. Half the amount will end up in the village upkeep if in a village, and half at the house owner.

:* You may only hire one bed at a time. If you hire more, the previous will be made available to others.

:* You can check the bonus with the  <span style="background:#E6FFE6;"><tt>/sleep</tt></span> command.

:* While rested, you have 3x stamina regeneration and 2x skill gain. You get 1 minute sleep bonus for every 24 minutes of sleep, with a maximum of 5 hours.

:* Beds can only be used inside finished buildings.  Buildings with open walls will give the error "This house is too windy to provide protection."
