The message "There is not enough room for the dye in the container" is presented in the Event window and copper scraps and most of the water are lost. I tried several times with 2.00kg water and 2.00kg copper scraps, and ended up with .50kg water in 5 tries at 99% skill. I just read on the forums (http://wurmonline.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=9264) that moss is a component of green dye. As I don't know for sure myself, I'll put this here for now. If someone else knows for sure that this is true, feel free to add it to the page. Aye under the current lighting code, using black dye just greys out the light a little. It used to be that using high QL white would brighten the source a little, except brass that was unpaintable. Container inconsistencies
I have noticed that green dye in particular can NOT be made in a bucket or barrel. The message "There is not enough room for the dye in the container" is presented in the Event window and copper scraps and most of the water are lost. - I suppose you mean this quote, from Shade?
- "Moss as a component in Green dye, or as a low potency healing cover (it does say you use moss and leaves)."
- That was a suggestion if I understood it correctly. I can't say for sure if moss can be used for making green dye, but I doubt it does.
