These lava creatures enter the surface through lava pools, probably in order to hunt. Or burn.

Lava fiend is a fiery creature often found in caves. It is heavily armoured and makes a dangerous opponent due to its burning attacks.
Can bash down walls.
They can pull carts, but only while dominated.
Can pass through unlocked doors and gates and climb ladders to attack player.
Small chance of spawning on rock.
Difficulty similar to hell hounds. (40-45 fight skill)
