A tabard that is worn to show off which kingdom you belong to.

Tabard's image depends and changes based on the player's current kingdom.
Fits in the Tabard slot on the paperdoll in-game.
Player made kingdom (PmK's) can submit their own design for display on Banner / Flag / Tabard.
