Restlessness is a negative spell effect generated by using Sleep Bonus, while the Caffeine buff is active, until the point where Caffeine will no longer give you its benefits (5 hours). The restlessness spell effect will decay, when the player is logged out, at a 1:1 ratio, i.e. the time spent offline reduces the de-buff duration by the same amount.
