Does anyone know where they actually spawn? I've heard both caves and lava tiles and I have only been able to verify that they spawn in caves.
Butchering
On occasion I get a failure to produce a heart. Has anyone retrieved a heart from butchering a lava fiend? --Ago 15:49, 15 July 2010 (UTC)
