This was a Jenn-Kellon (white light) settlement on the now deleted home server.
Description
Roadside is an settlement currently under-construction.
The government is a Junta (council), with the citzens that founded the settlement. There is a mayor who is the De jure leader, but the real power lies with the Junta who are the De facto government.
